Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project supervision.
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
• Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, building codes, and local compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software and methodologies.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and performance metrics for project stakeholders and management.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure quality standards and adherence to construction specifications.
• Identify and analyze project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve planning conflicts and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and correspondence.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site supervisors and construction teams.
• Analyze construction methodologies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
