Job summary

HKA is seeking a skilled delay analyst to join its Abu Dhabi team, delivering planning, delay and project controls services across diverse construction and energy projects. You will work with experienced delay experts to evaluate project performance and prepare robust delay analyses for advisory and dispute resolution purposes.

The role involves preparing and reviewing delay analyses, analysing schedules and documentation, and supporting expert reports for arbitration and other proceedings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience on major construction, infrastructure, engineering or energy projects.
• Knowledge of delay analysis methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis, Windows Analysis and As-Planned vs As-Built assessments.
• Strong scheduling and project controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review delay analyses using industry methodologies.
• Analyze schedules, programme updates, progress records and documentation.
• Assess causes, impact and responsibility for delays and disruption.
• Support preparation of expert reports for arbitration, litigation and other dispute resolution.
