This position focuses on schedule development, delay analysis, Primavera P6 planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of complex transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed baseline, revised, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software
• Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify critical path impacts and potential delays
• Perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis in line with contract requirements
• Review contractor programs, planning submissions, and method statements against contractual milestones and KPIs
• Coordinate planning activities in accordance with RTA procedures, including traffic staging and sectional handovers
• Prepare master schedules, look‑ahead plans, and weekly and monthly progress reports
• Evaluate and substantiate Extension of Time claims with detailed planning narratives and supporting documentation
• Align planning activities with construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams
• Develop recovery and mitigation strategies to address delayed activities
• Track procurement timelines, long‑lead items, permits, and authority approvals to avoid bottlenecks
• Conduct planning meetings with stakeholders and provide inputs to support project decision‑making
• Prepare as‑built schedules and final planning documentation during project close‑out

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 7 to 12 years of experience in planning engineering within infrastructure or transportation projects
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE project experience
• Professional Engineering certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of RTA standards and Dubai local regulations
• Proven experience in delay analysis, EOT preparation, and project controls
