Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sr. Specialist Project Management to support the Missiles & Weapons cluster PMO in planning, governance, and execution of projects.

You will assist with progress tracking, budget control, resource management and risk mitigation across programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. The role requires PMP certification, strong PM skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions within a defence-oriented tech environment.

Qualifications

• PM tools and methodologies experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning and organizational skills demonstrated in PM environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps for allocated projects.
• Monitor progress, budget, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Utilise PM tools (WBS, PIP, AWPs) to outline scope and requirements.
• Prepare initiation documents and feasibility studies with resource estimates.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track milestones and justify changes.
• Assess risks, issues, and changes to mitigate impacts on timelines.
