Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sr. Specialist Project Management to support the Missiles & Weapons cluster PMO. You will help plan, govern and execute multiple projects, monitor progress, manage budgets, risks and documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring PMP, 5 years in project environments, and a proven ability to deliver within schedule and quality targets in a defence/technology setting. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a project environment.
• PM certification (PMP) required.
• Strong planning, budgeting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and detailed roadmaps for allocated projects within scope, time and budget.
• Monitor progress, expenditure and resources; report to PMO and stakeholders.
• Use PM tools and methodologies to outline purpose, scope and lifecycle of projects.
• Prepare initiation documents and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and estimate resources and budgets.
• Communicate project status including milestones and risks to executives and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues or changes impacting timelines and budgets.
