EDGE is seeking a Project Specialist (Electronic Warfare) in Abu Dhabi to plan, coordinate, and oversee complex defense-related projects from initiation to completion. The role demands strong English/Arabic communication, extensive EW knowledge, and a track record of managing budgets and timelines with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing technical/engineering projects, preferably in defense/aerospace/radar/electronic warfare.
• Working knowledge of RF systems and EW concepts.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee project objectives, scope, timeline and resources.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and procurement activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks; monitor milestones and resource usage.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and contract with internal/external teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined standards and quality requirements.
