Job summary

EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sr. Specialist Project Management to support the Missiles & Weapons cluster PMO in planning, governance and execution of projects. You will monitor progress, budgets and risks, and drive resource management to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires PMP, 5 years in project environments, and strong planning abilities, with governance experience across EDGE products. A challenging, strategic position in a global defence tech group.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, system, aerospace or aeronautics.
• 5 years of experience in a project-related environment.
• PMP Certification.
• Proven planning and organizing skills demonstrated and applied via PM tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of products across the M&W Cluster of EDGE.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and roadmaps for allocated projects and programs.
• Monitor progress, expenditure and budget to meet timelines.
• Utilize PM tools to outline scope and requirements and governance.
• Prepare project initiation documents aligned with strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource budgeting.
