Job summary

Beyond Finance seeks a retention specialist in Dubai to educate clients about debt relief programs and guide them through the process. You will handle high call volumes, document interactions in CRM, and tailor debt-free options.

You will focus on retaining at-risk customers, meeting retention targets, and delivering best-in-class service across phone and digital channels, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retention, sales, or collections.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation and deescalation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program and its benefits
• Empathize with and deescalate upset clients regarding their financial situations
• Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Analyze client financial situations to determine appropriate debt‑free options
• Develop customized solutions to retain at‑risk customers in the program
• Meet or exceed retention targets to earn commissions
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service via phone and other communication tools
