Job summary

Beyond Finance is seeking a retention specialist in Dubai to educate clients on debt-relief programs and available options. You will empathize with clients and deescalate tense situations, while using CRM systems to document interactions accurately.

You will analyze financial situations to tailor debt-free solutions and collaborate with clients to build retention plans. The role aims to meet retention targets and deliver top-notch service via phone and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish fluency is required.
• Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems is required.
• Strong negotiation and deescalation skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about financial hardship debt programs and options.
• Empathize with and deescalate upset clients regarding their financial situations.
• Use CRM systems to maintain accurate and detailed client interaction records.
• Analyze client financial situations to determine appropriate debt-free solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized retention solutions.
• Meet or exceed retention targets and performance goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service via phone and digital communication tools.
