Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Debt Collection Specialist to follow up assigned customer debts, arrange visits, and discuss settlements while monitoring adherence to credit terms and payment plans. You will prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure defaulters are highlighted and acted upon in line with company policy.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and finance, driving timely recoveries, and maintaining up-to-date customer profiles.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• . 6 years of debt management and credit recovery experience.
• . Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.
• . Valid UAE driving licence.
• . Proficiency in Arabic and English language.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and recover debts by contacting customers and arranging visits.
• Study customer files, classify accounts, and plan collection strategy with Senior Collection Manager.
• Explain credit policy and consequences of non-payment to customers.
• Prepare monthly aging reports and inform senior of overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with sales managers to update customer profiles and align with credit policy.
• Identify frequently defaulting customers and propose action plans to recover payments.
