Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit control, or a related finance function.
• Good understanding of collection principles, accounts receivable processes, and UAE regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

• Proactively contact customers about overdue payments.

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and disputes promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment commitments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve collection challenges.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on collection activities and aging accounts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant collection laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection strategies and procedures.
• Support efforts to improve customer payment behavior.
• Escalate high-risk accounts when appropriate for timely resolution.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers while balancing business objectives.
