Job summary

LEGRAND SNC FZE in Dubai seeks a Datacenter Key Accounts and Specification Manager to manage client accounts and develop specifications for UAE projects. The role requires deep datacenter infrastructure knowledge, strong communication, and multi-project coordination across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will drive design specifications, engage consultants, and coordinate with sales and technical teams to convert specifications into orders, while maintaining Salesforce records for pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and specification development in the Datacenter segment within the UAE.
• Knowledge of Datacenter standards (Uptime / TIA-942) and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key datacenter owners, operators, consultants, and specifiers to position Legrand as a trusted partner for mission-critical infra.
• Specification Development & Project Influence: Drive inclusion of Legrand solutions in datacenter design specifications by engaging consultants, securing vendor approvals, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
• Business Development & Market Intelligence: Identify and pursue new datacenter projects and opportunities by monitoring market trends, upcoming developments, and client needs to maximize Legrand’s share of specifications.
• Technical Expertise & Training: Deliver technical presentations, assist stakeholders with specification, design assistance and organize training sessions for consultants, contractors, as well as end-users to strengthen awareness of Legrand’s datacenter solutions portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to support project execution and successful closing of orders, ensuring Legrand solutions are positioned competitively and specifications are converted into orders.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of key accounts, projects, and specifications in Salesforce, ensuring timely updates and actionable insights for business growth.
