Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Design Manager / Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for large data centre and mission-critical facilities in Dubai. You will lead all technical disciplines, manage scope, schedule, and client engagement, and ensure design quality and commercial success.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, ELV/IBMS, Architecture, Structural, and Civil, mentor engineers, and sustain strong client relationships while navigating UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor degree in mechanical/electrical/building services and PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory landscape and DEWA/ADDC processes.
• Hands-on BIM expertise and coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for large, multidisciplinary data centre projects.
• Manage schedule, budget, and client interfaces.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, ELV/IBMS, architecture, structural, and civil design.
• Oversee BIM coordination and design quality.
• Mentor engineers and develop high-performing teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
