Job summary

ZTE Corporation is seeking a senior market and technical consultant for UAE Data Center projects based in Dubai. The role entails collecting market data, maintaining client relationships, and driving opportunities through design outlines and technical consultancy.

You will coordinate with internal teams to advance large IDC initiatives, participate in industry events, and provide technical support during project progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in data center infrastructure and successful data center project operation.
• Professional certificates listed in qualifications, including PMP is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills; proactive mindset.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market information for UAE Data Center infrastructure and related demand; prepare scheme documents.
• Establish and maintain technical sales customer relationships and support technical decision-making.
• Lead market technical consulting and outline design for UAE Data Center; drive business opportunities and project progress.
• Represent in high-level exchanges, exhibitions, and workshops; coordinate internal resources for project delivery.
• Provide consultancy for UAE data center projects with technical support and initial designs.

Job description

1. 1. Responsible for collection and analysis of market information of UAE Data Center infrastructure, relevant demand analysis / transmission, scheme document packaging, experience accumulation, etc;
2. 2. Responsible for establishment and maintenance of technical sales customer relationship, technical decision-making chain public relations;
3. 3. Undertake the market technical consultant and outline design of UAE Data Center. Responsible for promoting the cultivation and mining of business opportunities of all IDC related projects in UAE, promoting key projects, leading the overall operation of the project, cooperating with project team members, coordinating internal resources, and promoting the progress of the project;
4. 4. Responsible for the high-level exchange, exhibition and WORKSHOP activities.
5. 5. Responsible for UAE data center project consultancy, providing technical support and outline design.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Have rich professional knowledge and more than 10 years of industry experience in data center infrastructure, be familiar with the operation of data center project, and have successful experience in data center project operation;
2. 2. Have ATD / ATS / AOS / CDCP / CDCE professional certificate;
3. 3. Have the qualification certificate of UAE Electrical or mechanical industry, and PMP certificate;
4. 4. Participated in the design or engineering implementation of at least one large (1200 cabinet data center, 10mw or above) data center in UAE, and preference will be given to those who have participated in new-build IDC cases which have tier Ⅲ certification;
5. 5. Have a strong sense of teamwork, good coordination and communication skills, proactive;
6. 6. Strong marketing, planning and project operation ability;
7. 7. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with excellent English communication skills;
