Job summary

Eaton Dubai is seeking a Strategic Key Accounts Manager - Data Center Engineer to grow revenue with large international and national data centre operators. You will identify profitable opportunities and coordinate with regional and global teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related experience in the data center business in a business growth/account management role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own a sponsored commercial Account Plan meeting targets across the region.
• Identify and build relationships with account decision makers and influencers.
• Identify and secure revenue opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Oversee the alignment of commercial and engineering responses to tenders.
• Maintain market intelligence on client needs and competitors.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to support client requirements.
• Report account performance and forecast orders and revenue.
• Build cross-functional collaboration between Eaton and client organisations.
