Job summary

The Client of HR Ways is seeking an SFCC Backend Administrator to steward the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager, ensure data integrity across catalogs, pricebooks and promotions, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include configuring user access, monitoring data pipelines, and coordinating with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Global Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on SFCC Business Manager configuration, catalog, pricebook management and job scheduling.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce data structures: catalogs, SKUs, pricebooks, promotions.
• Working knowledge of data integration concepts, APIs, ETL between commerce, ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in data auditing and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills able to translate technical issues into business language.

Responsibilities

• SFCC Backend Administration: manage Business Manager environment including site configuration, catalogs, pricebooks, promotions, and content slots.
• Set up and maintain user roles, permissions and access controls across Business Manager instances (sandbox, staging, production).
• Monitor system jobs, feeds, scheduled tasks, data pipelines and troubleshoot failures.
• Data Management & Integrity: own catalog data hygiene, product data, categories, attributes, images and inventory feeds across all brands.
• Manage price book updates, promotional rule configuration and merchandising data accuracy.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between SFCC and connected systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, marketing).
• Build and maintain data validation checklists and reconciliation reports for cross-brand consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, Global Operations, and Technology teams.
• Reporting & Governance: generate regular reports on system health, data quality and KPIs; maintain documentation for audit purposes.

The Data amp Systems Administrator will be the day-to-day custodian of the SFCC backend of setting up campaigns and the SaaS tools that power our app s backend operations This role is primarily hands-on keeping catalog pricing and content data accurate and up to date administering the SaaS platforms connected to the Company app and ensuring the backend runs smoothly for our business teams day-to-day

Key Responsibilities

SFCC Backend Administration

• Manage and maintain the SFCC Business Manager environment including site configuration catalogs pricebooks promotions and content slots


• Set up and maintain user roles permissions and access controls across Business Manager instances sandbox staging production


• Monitor system jobs feeds and scheduled tasks import export jobs data pipelines and troubleshoot failures

Data Management amp Integrity

• Own catalog data hygiene product data categories attributes images and inventory feeds across all Idealz Holding brands


• Manage price book updates promotional rule configuration and merchandising data accuracy


• Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between SFCC and connected systems ERP OMS CRM marketing platforms


• Build and maintain data validation checklists and reconciliation reports for cross-brand consistency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing to configure promotions campaigns and content updates in Business Manager


• Work with Customer Experience to investigate order data-related customer issues


• Support Global Operations with inventory fulfillment and reporting data needs


• Coordinate with the Technology team on platform roadmap upgrades and technical projects

Reporting amp Governance

• Generate regular reports on system health data quality and operational KPIs for leadership review


• Maintain documentation of backend configurations access logs and change history for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field


• 4 7 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFCC Business Manager configuration catalog pricebook management and job scheduling


• Solid understanding of e-commerce data structures catalogs SKUs pricebooks promotions orders


• Working knowledge of data integration concepts APIs feeds ETL processes between commerce ERP and CRM systems


• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in data auditing and reconciliation


• Comfortable working with SQL or similar tools for data querying and validation


• Excellent communication skills able to translate technical issues into business-friendly language

• SFCC certification s e g Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer or Business Manager Administrator


• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-region e-commerce operations


• Familiarity with OMS ERP platforms and payment gateway integrations common in MENA UK markets


• Basic scripting knowledge JavaScript XML for troubleshooting SFCC cartridges configurations


• Prior experience in a fast-paced retail marketplace or D2C environment
