Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date property listing, rental, sold, and property transaction data in the system for valuation assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Import and process all off-plan, ready, sold, rental, and listing transactions daily.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately updated, verified, and completed within required timelines.
• Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete, or incorrect data and follow up on corrections.
• Collect and verify market-comparable data directly from real estate agents and other relevant sources
• Maintain fast turn-around times for data collection. Expected to enter 3500 listings per month.
