Job summary

You will import and process off-plan, ready, sold, rental, and listing transactions daily, verify updates, and ensure timely completions; identify duplicates and data gaps; collect market data from agents to support valuations.

• Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete, or incorrect data and follow up on corrections.
• Collect and verify market-comparable data directly from real estate agents and other relevant sources.
• Maintain fast turn-around times for data collection. Expected to enter 3500 listings per month.
