Job summary

Zainab Hardware Trading Establishment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Accounts Clerk to support its accounting and administrative operations in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma in accounting or finance is preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry, bookkeeping, accounts, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office, and Excel with strong data-entry and record-keeping skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills, and strong communication.
• Languages: English preferred; Urdu or Hindi also preferred.
• Visa status: UAE visa details may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data accurately and ensure transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally software.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the accounting department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing financial correspondence.
• Follow applicable financial procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of financial information.
