Job summary

Al Rayhan Real Estate L.L.C.SP is seeking two Data Entry Clerks to support the Accountancy and Inventory Departments for a one-month temporary assignment in Sharjah. You will accurately enter, update, and maintain accounting and inventory data in our system, assist with daily tasks, and ensure data integrity.

Candidates with hands-on experience in accounting, inventory, or data entry and familiarity with ERP systems (PACT ERP preferred) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience in accounting/inventory is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (PACT ERP preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accounting and inventory data accurately.
• Maintain accounting records, invoices, receipts, and stock lists.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in daily data entry and administrative tasks for Accountancy & Inventory.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports as required.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial and inventory information.
• Work with ERP systems to update stock records and data entries.
