Job summary

TRUSTFELLOWS Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to support operation and maintenance of data centers in the UAE. The role requires hands-on work with precision cooling units, DX systems, and chilled-water infrastructure to ensure continuous uptime.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ HVAC experience in critical facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with contractors and customers in a fast-paced environment. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in data centers or critical facilities.
• Hands-on experience with precision cooling units (CRAC/CRAH/CCU), chilled-water systems, and DX cooling.
• Strong understanding of airflow management, temperature and humidity control, and redundancy concepts.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot emergencies, and support 24/7 operations.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on precision cooling units (CRAC, CRAH, CCU), including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain precision cooling systems, airflow management, and environmental controls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot chilled-water systems, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DX cooling systems used in data centers.
• Ensure uptime and performance standards for mission-critical environments.
• Coordinate with team and vendors for planned/unplanned maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities and improvement recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support to the team as required.

Job Description

Skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of data centers in the UAE. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in precision cooling systems and communicates confidently within the team and external contractors or customers.

Role Description/ Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on precision cooling units (CRAC, CRAH, CCU), including diagnostics, troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain precision cooling systems, including airflow management, temperature/humidity control, and system performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot chilled-water systems, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and associated control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot DX (Direct Expansion) cooling systems used in data center environments.
• Ensure all cooling systems meet required uptime, reliability, and performance standards for mission-critical environments.
• Support routine inspections, capacity checks, load testing, and continuous system health monitoring.
• Coordinate with the team and vendors for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, reports, and improvement recommendations.
• Hands-on support of the team where and whenever required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in data centers, critical facilities, hospitals, or similar high-availability environments.
• Hands-on experience with precision cooling units (CRAC, CRAH), chilled-water systems, and DX systems.
• Strong understanding of airflow management, redundancy concepts, temperature & humidity control, and critical-environment cooling strategies.
• Good English, with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical emergencies, and support 24/7 operations when required.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
