Job summary

EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS) is seeking a technically strong HVAC Engineer to support CDU-based cooling and data centre infrastructure across our UAE operations in Dubai. You will ensure reliability, efficiency, and uninterrupted operation of critical cooling systems.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues while adhering to safety standards, SOPs, and client SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of HVAC operations or critical cooling experience.
• Experience in data centre or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle critical scenarios.

Role Overview

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and performance of Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) systems within mission-critical environments. The role focuses on maintaining system availability, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimizing downtime risks. This position requires strong technical expertise, proactive monitoring, and strict adherence to operational and safety standards to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CDU systems and associated cooling infrastructure

What We’re Looking For
