Job summary

Amazon Data Services Emirates LLC - Dubai Branch is hiring a Data Center Technician/Engineer in Dubai. The role focuses on operating and maintaining data center IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware, and supporting secure, reliable cloud services for AWS customers.

You will join the Data Center Operations (DCO) team and work on break-fix repairs, decommissions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while following safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in computer networking.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Responsibilities

• Perform DCO procedures including break-and-fix repairs and server decommissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues using SOPs and available documentation; escalate when needed.
• Operate across DCO process paths to determine correct task and procedure; daily supervision reviews.
