Job summary

Amazon Data Services Emirates LLC is seeking Data Center Technicians to join the expanding Infrastructure Operations team in UAE. You will resolve a wide range of datacenter hardware and networking issues, follow safety protocols, and work on shift-based schedules including nights and on-call rotations.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires a high school diploma with strong hardware, networking, and English communication

Qualifications

• Must have experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in computer networking.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and network problems and perform physical repairs.
• Troubleshoot events within SLAs and document resolutions.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Assist with safety compliance and site procedures.
• Operate within DCO workflows and escalate when needed.
