Job summary

Damac Development LLC seeks a contracts professional to manage contract administration for data center projects across the full lifecycle. You will review contracts, amendments, variations, notices, and correspondence, ensuring alignment with terms and company procedures.

You will monitor obligations, milestones, and compliance, coordinating variations, claims and extensions of time with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration for project lifecycles.
• Ability to review contracts and amendments.
• Familiarity with variations, notices and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate contract administration activities for data center projects throughout the contract lifecycle
• Ensure contracts are administered in accordance with agreed terms conditions company procedures and commercial requirements
• Review and manage contractual documentation including contracts amendments variations notices correspondence and records
• Monitor contractual obligations milestones deliverables and compliance requirements to support successful project execution
• Coordinate the management of variations claims extensions of time and other contractual matters in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
