You will drive adoption, manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Sales and Consulting to deliver business value. Remote work is supported across geographies, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building out new programs and initiatives within evolving organizations.
• Strong consulting and project management skills, acting as trusted advisor to drive business value.
• Proven track record of managing customer escalations and negotiating resolutions.
• Highly data-driven with commitment to following process.
• Ability to drive and track a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, satisfaction and advocacy for a portfolio of customers.
• Drive adoption and ensure timely usage of the offering hours.
• Ensure customers are measurably satisfied with the service received.
• Identify refresh needs and up-sell/renewal opportunities to grow revenue.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and sponsors.
• Coordinate with sales and consulting teams to apply CS processes.
• Communicate Unit 42 messaging and updates to customers and collect feedback.
• Map services to customer needs and business benefits.
