Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Unit 42 team. You will drive adoption of purchased U42 offerings, guide customers through onboarding, and identify renewal and upsell opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience building out new programs and initiatives in an ever evolving organization.
• Strong consulting and project management skills; trusted advisor to drive business value.
• Proven track record of managing customer escalations and negotiations.
• Data-driven with a commitment to following process.
• Able to collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Consulting teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Travel flexibility.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or enterprise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
• Provide high-touch post-close outreach to shepherd customers through onboarding.
• Drive adoption and ensure timely usage of the offering.
• Ensure customers are measurably satisfied with the service.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and grow revenue.
• Facilitate portfolio renewals and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and consulting to apply these processes.
• Manage CSAT, Renewal rate, Upsell/Cross-sell lead identification, and Adoption/Engagement metrics.
• Capture and nurture CISO relationships to influence recurring spend.
• Build SME expertise and coordinate resolutions with consulting teams.
