Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program/portfolio management.
• Strong governance, risk, and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Define ways of working, govern implementation, and move initiatives from concept to execution.
• Govern CX initiatives across the portfolio, aligning design intent with implementation.
• Define scopes for experimentation of new initiatives.
• Manage complex programs, executive governance forums, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate across operations, digital, engineering, marketing, procurement, and CX while maintaining governance.
