Job summary

99Bright Minds seeks a CX Delivery Manager in Abu Dhabi to build and run the customer experience programme portfolio for a multi-site organization. You will guard delivery gates for new initiatives, ensure the built experience matches the design, and run the CX governance model.

The 12-month contract focuses on network-wide CX initiatives, such as in-store elements and rebranding, with emphasis on oversight, supplier coordination and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Programme Management, Transformation or Product Owner roles.
• Experience delivering network-wide rollout of a physical/brand element.
• Experience running quality/conformity control against design standards.
• Governance or secretariat experience with executive papers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the CX programme portfolio: scope, schedule, cost, dependencies and status in one register.
• Run network-wide CX initiatives end to end (e.g., uniforms, scent, music, in-store elements) from scoping to implementation and close-out.
• Check CX conformity on initiatives in delivery: confirm built matches design and raise deviations before handover.
• Act as guardian of delivery gates for new initiatives with complete papers, evidence and entry/exit criteria.
• Run CX governance: department sprints and the CX Committee (calendars, agendas, papers, minutes, actions).
• Track schedule adherence across the portfolio and escalate slippage early with options.
• Coordinate with Operations, Build & Engineering and Marketing on implementation and site readiness.
• Track benefits and performance results from delivered initiatives.

You will deliver network-wide CX initiatives, guard the delivery gates for new initiatives such as rebranding and new formats, check that what is built matches the designed experience, and run the CX governance model.

• Has delivered a network-wide rollout of a physical or brand element (uniforms, signage, fit-out components or similar).
• Experience running quality or conformity control on build and rollout projects against a design or brand standard.
• Governance or secretariat experience, including preparing papers for executive forums.
• Strong portfolio, schedule, dependency and vendor management.
• Writes short, clear, decision-ready executive papers.
• Comfortable holding the process line when an initiative wants to skip a step.
