Job summary

talabat in Dubai seeks a Sr. Specialist Customer Experience Strategy to own the CX journey, identify pain points, and drive end-to-end improvements across programs. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear actions across teams.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Ops and Markets to execute a scalable CX roadmap, applying insights to deliver measurable customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or high-growth start-ups in CX, analytics, program management, or strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• High degree of ownership.
• Experience running programs end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis simply and persuasively.
• Detail oriented with accountability for impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term CX vision and roadmap.
• Leverage CX data to uncover pain points using cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics.
• Define success metrics and assess impact pre/post.
• Identify opportunities for predictive models and work with data science teams.
• Own CX programs from problem definition to rollout and iteration.
• Drive measurable customer and business value and optimize via testing.
• Share updates with leadership and markets; document playbooks for scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Ops and Market teams to align priorities.
