Job summary

ECS ME LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager with 4-7 years of experience in account management, preferably from a service-based company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving successful delivery of services across multiple departments.

Female candidates are preferred and the position is based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Science/Technology preferred.
• 4 7 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates from Hyderabad or willing to relocate will be preferred.
