Job summary

Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA) is seeking a talented professional to join the team to deliver seamless client experiences and manage customer inquiries and complaints. The role includes supporting contract and data administration in line with DAFZA policies and UAE regulations.

You will coordinate with internal departments, assist with cancellations and name reservations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring timely updates on relevant regulations and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of UAE rules and regulations.
Experience in handling lease-related agreements is an advantage.
Strong planning, organization, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
Support contract-related services and administration.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of client matters.
Support company cancellations and name reservations in coordination with relevant departments.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure clients are kept informed of relevant regulations, requirements, and procedures
