Job summary

Serco is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to support world-class passenger service at Dubai Airports and assist Operations teams in delivering efficiency. You will coordinate Frontline Customer Experience Team members across the DXB and DWC campus, reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor and directing staff during shifts.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, treats customers with care, and acts with urgency to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
• Team leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of airport operations and security essential.
• Customer service experience.
• Industry experience in Retail, F&B, Hotel, Airport, hospitality essential.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CX team deployment across DXB and DWC zones.
• Lead, coach and mentor frontline staff during shifts.
• Execute staff deployment plans and manage breaks and redeployments.
• Support performance reviews and training within the team.
• Ensure all staff are fully trained and briefed for duties.
