Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Sharjah is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support daily operations. You will handle inquiries, assist with product information, process orders, and coordinate deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service, strong English communication, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo. Arabic is a plus, and proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in furniture, retail or trading sectors.
• Experience with order processing and delivery coordination.
• ERP experience, preferably Odoo, is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders and update records in the ERP system (Odoo preferred).
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and delivery teams for timely fulfilment.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, exchanges and returns.
