Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Agent to support daily service operations in Sajja, Sharjah. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, resolve complaints and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and coordination skills, experience in customer service, and knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Process orders and update ERP records (preferably Odoo).
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, exchanges and returns.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
• Monitor order progress and update customers on delays or changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily customer service reports and proper documentation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
