Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support daily customer service operations in Sajja, Sharjah. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving complaints to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in customer service, familiarity with ERP systems (especially Odoo), and strong English communication. Arabic language skills are a plus, and the position is based on-site in Sharjah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in furniture, retail, or trading industries.
• Good knowledge of customer service procedures, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Experience using Odoo ERP software is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Odoo Sales, Inventory, and customer order management modules is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and work under pressure.
• Willing to work in Sajja, Sharjah.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders and update information in the ERP system (Odoo).
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
• Monitor order progress and update customers on delays or changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare daily customer service reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
