Zurich Middle East, part of the Zurich Insurance Group, seeks ambitious Emirati students for a structured Student Program in Dubai. The role offers 8 hours per week of hands-on insurance learning while supporting underwriting, claims, risk management, and customer service teams.

Mentorship, practical training, and potential full-time employment after graduation are provided. Applicants must be UAE nationals with a family book, enrolled in a UAE university, and able to contribute 8 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams in day-to-day operations within underwriting, claims, risk management, actuarial, or other departments.
• Participate in ongoing projects and contribute to research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Support customer service initiatives and learn about insurance product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and professional skills.
• Work under mentors to gain exposure to real-world insurance practices.
• Engage with teams and managers on daily processes and goals, discovering talents and interests.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders across business areas in a multinational setup.
• Apply communication skills to service Zurich's customers and support team members.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop.
• Identify and resolve real-time problems while working with teams and managers.
• Take ownership and grow capabilities in insurance during the program.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to apply for our Student Program, in which we provide financial support for students currently pursuing bachelor degrees in universities, and in return, will need to be willing to work 8 hours per week for the program. The Program is designed to support talented Emirati students in building their careers in the insurance sector.
