Job summary

Fast Logistics in Dubai seeks a Customer Service specialist to handle inquiries, coordinate air export shipments from booking to delivery, and ensure accurate AWB preparation using Calogi.

You will maintain records, communicate updates to customers, liaise with airlines, and build strong relationships through reliable, timely service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and shipment-related requests professionally.
• Customer Communication: Communicate carrier updates, operational changes, and regulatory requirements effectively.
• End-to-End Coordination: Manage air export shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
• AWB Preparation: Prepare and execute Air Waybills (AWB) using the Calogi system accurately.
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily shipment records, customer details, and shipment statuses in system.
• Shipment Updates: Keep customers informed of shipment progress and promptly address their concerns.
• Airline Coordination: Liaise with airlines to monitor flight schedules and ensure timely shipment departures and arrivals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and quality service.
