• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and shipment-related requests professionally.
• Communicate carrier updates, operational changes, and regulatory requirements effectively.
• Manage air export shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and execute Air Waybills (AWB) using the Calogi system accurately.
• Maintain daily shipment records, customer details, and shipment statuses in system.
• Keep customers informed of shipment progress and promptly address their concerns.
• Liaise with airlines to monitor flight schedules and ensure timely shipment departures and arrivals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and quality service.
