Job summary

STI Middle East LLC in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export shipments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will track shipments, prepare export documents, monitor delays, and maintain accurate records using workflow software. Strong knowledge of GCC regulations and good Excel/email skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for import and export shipment
• Compile and update the tracking record and do day to day reporting
• Monitor shipment schedules and update in tracking file on daily basis and publish
• Track shipment progress and highlight potential delay/risk to stakeholders
• Coordinate import and export shipment clearance activities with Freight and clearance team
• Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with destination country regulations
• Coordinate cargo collection, packing, and shipment scheduling and update the status in workflow software
• Monitor export shipments until final delivery
• Liaise with customers regarding shipment schedules and notify for major delays
• Coordinate import/export shipments from suppliers to destination warehouses
