Black Pearl Consult in Sharjah is seeking a Storekeeper to support warehouse operations in Sajja, Sharjah. The role emphasizes inventory management, ERP usage (Odoo), and maintaining accurate stock records.

The candidate will handle stock movements, receive/issue goods, and ensure efficient day-to-day warehouse activities with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics qualification an advantage.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP software.
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock transactions accurately using Odoo ERP software.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through Odoo and other warehouse management tools.
• Organise, label, and store products in their designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and issue goods based on approved sales orders or internal requests.
• Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Generate inventory reports and monitor stock levels through Odoo.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments regarding stock availability and deliveries.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of warehouse materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions and documentation are properly updated and maintained.

Black Pearl Consult is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support warehouse operations in Sajja, Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and ERP systems, particularly Odoo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock movements, receiving and issuing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient day‑to‑day warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent additional qualifications in logistics, inventory, or warehouse management are an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant.
• Hands‑on experience using Odoo ERP software is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to process goods receipts, stock transfers, delivery orders, and inventory adjustments using Odoo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
• Previous experience in furniture, retail, or general merchandise warehousing is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily warehouse activities.
• Willing to work in Sajja, Sharjah.
