• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service, client relations, or after-sales experience with a UAE real estate developer.

• Clear, pleasant, and professional telephone manner.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with demanding or VIP clients
• Highly responsive with strong follow-up and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously and prioritise urgent matters
