Call Center Executive - Real Estate experience mandatory

Client Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients and provide information as per their requirements. Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide guidance

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify and qualify potential leads for real estate projects. Follow up with leads to schedule appointments, site visits, or consultations with sales teams.

Data Management:

Maintain and update client records, call logs, and other relevant data in the CRM system.

Track and report on call center performance metrics such as call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction.

Sales Support:

Assist sales teams by providing them with relevant client information and updates.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare reports on call center activities, client feedback. Ensure all documentation related to client interactions and transactions is accurate and up to date.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all client interactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Monitor and evaluate call quality to ensure high standards of service.

Ideal candidate should posses:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in real estate or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in managing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and property types.
• Familiarity with the real estate buying, selling, and leasing processes.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads, support sales processes, and assist in closing deals.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and call center technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and systems.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
