Job summary

Al-Futtaim Motors is seeking a Customer Reception Host to deliver an exceptional arrival experience for every guest. You will greet customers, identify needs, route to the right department, and support the customer journey from entry to exit.

You will handle appointments, coordinate with the Customer Engagement Centre, raise issues when needed, and help maintain health and safety standards while ensuring a warm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and ensure a 100% satisfaction focus.
• Identify visit purpose and direct to the correct department.
• Direct appointment-holders to the Service Advisor.
• Provide a warm send-off and ensure customers feel cared for.
• Raise complaints and escalate to the Reception Manager.
• Answer calls and schedule or reschedule appointments with the Engagement Centre.
• Assist in facilitating the complete customer journey and address health and safety issues.
• Filter and manage the complaint cycle and follow up on no-shows.
• Manage electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC) efficiently.
