Job summary

FAB is seeking a Service Champion to provide frontline support in our Dubai branch. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right FAB services, including digital options.

In this role, you will educate customers about products, generate cross-sell opportunities, and ensure transactions are handled accurately and securely while maintaining FAB’s Customer First culture.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Relevant computer skills.
• 2 years’ banking sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers visiting the branch and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and advise on options.
• Guide customers to digital/self-service channels where available.
• Generate leads through cross-selling relevant banking products.
• Ensure secure handling of customer information and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with the branch team to enhance customer experience.
