Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer care or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to manage CRM cases within SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints accurately and efficiently across channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting expectations and resolving issues per SLAs.
• Promote a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Communicate customer concerns and product feedback to the Contact Center Supervisor or Manager.
• Support achievement of e-commerce sales targets by identifying opportunities to promote products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Distribution Centers, Merchandising) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster teamwork and customer-centric culture while supporting colleagues and business objectives.
