Job summary

AMS Group in Dubai seeks a Customer Service and Engagement Executive to drive customer engagement, manage B2C leads, and support the ContiService loyalty programme onsite. You will collaborate with customers, dealers, suppliers, and internal teams to boost programme participation and improve lead conversion, while delivering outstanding service and handling orders and inquiries.

2+ years in customer service, engagement, or lead generation.
Experience with CRM or sales administration systems.
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
Strong English communication; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support growth and daily operation of ContiService loyalty programme.
Drive dealer recruitment and onboarding for ContiService participation.
Develop customer engagement initiatives to improve retention and dealer involvement.
Generate, qualify, and manage B2C leads from various channels and promotions.
Track, allocate, and follow up on leads for maximised conversion rates.
Coordinate lead distribution and follow-up with dealers and sales teams.
Monitor conversion performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Promote benefits, offers, and initiatives of ContiService to engage customers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and dealer partners.
Maintain accurate databases for customers, leads, dealers, and programmes.
