AMS International Search is seeking a client-facing Sales Associate for its luxury retail operations in the UAE. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and recommending premium products to meet requirements.

You will drive sales through upselling, build lasting customer relationships, and support launches, promotions and merchandising efforts. A polished, confident presence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or luxury fashion and beauty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Professional, well-groomed and confident demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good numerical and basic IT skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
