• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Culinary specialist in a Supervisory role in a 5 star hospitality environment.
• Minimum high school diploma in Catering or College degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operational tasks in F&B Production per service standards.
• Coaching and on-the-job training.
• Providing constructive feedback on- and off-the-job.
• Analyzing operations and allocating resources accordingly.
• Conducting shifts huddles for seamless communication.
• Preventing complaints and ensuring service recovery.
• Proactively communicating with Ambassadors to safeguard guest interests.
