Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach seeks a skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team. You will handle food preparation, maintain high standards of safety, and work within a luxury environment known for exceptional guest experiences.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and meticulous cleanliness. The schedule involves demanding hours as part of a 6-day workweek with shift rotations in a premium Dubai hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
• Time management and efficiency.
• Cleanliness and hygiene.
• Teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Date and rotate all food containers, ensure perishables are stored at correct temperatures and pars are checked.
• Assist in planning and setting up actions to correct food cost problems and control waste per policies.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
